This website is run by Nordicolor. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” throughout the site refers to Nordicolor. By the use of this site and our services you accept our terms and conditions.
Nordicolor is a company based in Norway and thus follow the laws and regulations currently set by the Norwegian authorities. Terms that differ from the Consumer Law can not give the buyer worse terms.
All our prices are listed in US Dollars and includes VAT. Nordicolor can not be held accountable for faults in our pricing due to technical errors. Please check with your local authorities if there are any local taxes for your country or region for importing goods from the internet.
Please make sure the address you use when placing your order is correct. Nordicolor is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or returned to sender due to incorrect addresses.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes.
Nordicolor will handle your information with confidentiality and we will never sell or distribute your personal information to any third party.
And in general the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services the provide to us. But please keep in mind that certain third party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors have their own privacy policies. We recommend that you read their terms and conditions.
Returns & exchanges
Nordicolor will accept returns and/or exchanges in its original condition and packaging. You can return your items up until 14 days after you received the package. The items can not have been used in any way and tags or original packaging must not be removed. Please use the form you received in the e-mail from us. The buyer is responsible for postage for returns.
When mailing a return or exchange, we ask that you forward a tracking number to email@example.com and please include your original invoice.
You may also exchange an item for another one within 14 days after you received the package. Please get in touch with us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the item you prefer is still in stock. The item you’re returning must not have been used and tags or original packaging must not be removed. The buyer must pay postage for exchanges.
If the items you purchased was damaged in the mail please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please include photos of the packaging and the items you purchased. We will get in touch with you shortly to find a solution.
