I regret my purchase? What do I do now?

You can change your mind until 14 days after you received the package. The items can not have been used in any way and tags or original packaging must not be removed. Use the angrerettskjema? you received in the e-mail you received from us. The buyer must pay postage for returns.

Can I exhange the item for a different one?

Sure. You can exchange an item for another one within 14 days after you received the package. If you get in touch with us via e-mail nordicolormail@gmail.com we’ll be able to confirm if the item you want in exchange is still in stock. The item you’re exchanging must not have been used and tags or original packaging must not be removed. The buyer must pay postage for exchanges.

The items I bought was damaged in the mail.
